Abstract
The experimental studies on the measurment of residual amount and the quality inspection for "Synthetic detergents for Kitchen" which is usually used to wash out Vegatables and Fruits in the food sanitation aspect.
In the result of the measurement of the residual amount of ABS which is contaminated on the surface of vegetables and fruits, i.e., apples, strawberries, chinese cabbages, and lettuces was 4.5-42ppm. And the daily intakes are measured the maximum values of 0.178mg/kg/person. This measurement is conducted by three times washing after three Ways in 10 second, one minute and two minutes immersion.
And, in all experiments, the fluorescent substances are found in the specimens through the description, pH, methanol, As, Tar pigment and fluorescent whitening agent tests.
